Hi! I'm Norma Pérez, I'm a native of Northern Colorado, residing in Johnstown with my husband Oscar since 2021. Together, we cherish our blended family consisting of four sons, two daughters, and seven grandchildren, with another one on the way. Our household also includes three beloved fur babies.

Throughout my career spanning over two decades, I've made significant contributions to various fields. I served as a Case Manager for the Department of Human Services for over 15 years, providing vital support to individuals and families in need. Additionally, I dedicated my time as a Victim's Advocate for the Greeley Police Department and as a Parent Educator for C.A.R.E. (Child Advocacy Resource & Education). My commitment to community service extended to my role as the Director of a diaper ministry operated through my church.

In 2009, I faced a life-altering work-related car accident that necessitated my withdrawal from the workforce to prioritize my physical and mental recovery. After successfully overcoming this challenging period, I returned to professional life in 2016, redirecting my focus towards Human Resources.

My journey led me to Exodus Moving and Storage in 2022, where I excelled as Project Manager before earning a promotion to Marketing & Sales in July 2023. My leadership and dedication have been instrumental in driving the company's success and growth.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I find joy in traveling, road trips, antique shopping, hiking, and most importantly, spending quality time with my growing family, especially my husband and cherished grandchildren. My multifaceted experiences and unwavering passion for making a positive impact define me as a remarkable individual both in and out of the workplace.
