NOCO Women in business is a community organization in Northern Colorado that empowers local female entrepreneurs to find authentic connection while building their businesses. We provide solutions and resources to those looking to start or scale a business that they own, and host local events where business owners can come together to learn, be inspired, gain support and collaborate with others.
Our Story
We are a community of Northern Colorado women owned businesses that are aligned in mission to find real, authentic connections again in business. After experiencing the isolation of the pandemic in 2020, a small group of 12 local business owners gathered together to re-visit the old school way of building businesses. We now gather in groups of over one hundred other like-minded women to support and inspire each other through developing and scaling local businesses.

NOCO Women In Business exists to amplify the faces behind the businesses in our local community. We aspire to help women grow familiarity and recognition as like-minded women who believe in the same vision as we do. Our hope is that we can bring tactical tools and helpful resources to those looking to start or scale their business, while providing the platform and the safe space to connect as real humans.

Hey Amazing Women!

I’m Sarah, and I’m so thrilled to welcome you to our NOCO Women in Business community! I wanted to share a bit about my journey and the vision that brought us all together.
​
When I first moved to Northern Colorado in 2015, I felt like I was diving headfirst into the deep end—starting from scratch in a place where I didn’t know anyone. It was a wild ride, but I knew I had to build something real, something meaningful. I didn’t just want a network; I wanted a community filled with authentic connections and friendships.
​
By 2022, I realized that so many other women were feeling the same way I had. They wanted more than the usual networking circles; they wanted genuine, supportive relationships and a space to grow both personally and professionally.
​
In just a year, our small group of like-minded women has blossomed into a thriving community of over 150 fierce, passionate ladies! We’ve created a place where we lift each other up, learn together, and inspire one another every single day. And let me tell you, I’m still amazed by what we’ve built together and are continuing to build.
